What is Microsoft Teams Whiteboard feature?
When it comes down to using the Whiteboard, please remember that you need to use Windows 11/10, macOS, or the web version of Microsoft Teams. If you’re using the app on either iOS or Android, then we should note it is not possible to share a whiteboard via these versions. Still, mobile users can collaborate on whiteboards if shared from a supported operating system. Additionally, the Whiteboard is only available to users within your organization. Furthermore, it is also only available in Teams meetings and calls with at least three members.
