For Microsoft, it doesn’t matter whether the reactions are good or bad, it follows a clear policy to accommodate all types of feedback.  And the quickest route to get your comments to the company’s developers’ ears is right from within any Office app. Microsoft Office even encourages its users to provide their email addresses in case the company needs to contact the users for clarification. They read all feedback! If you have a Microsoft Office subscription, launch an Office app. From the Ribbon menu, select the ‘File’ menu.

Then, from the options displayed in the left sidebar, choose the ‘Feedback‘ option.
