How to Export User Teams Call History for a Specific Date Range?

There are two ways one can export user Teams call history data. Both of them require you to have a premium license for Microsoft 365. These two methods are:

You can also use Office 365 eDiscovery to export user Teams’ call history. However, the only drawback is that you need to configure the feature before using it to retrieve and export call history data. But once configured, you can use this tool to retrieve data from chats and meetings effortlessly. However, you must know that to access eDiscovery (Premium), you must be assigned the appropriate permission. In case you are the one managing the eDiscovery (Premium) account. Then you can follow the below steps:

First, go to compliance.microsoft.com and sign in using your Microsoft Account.Next, click on Content Search from the sidebar > New Search.To search specifically for Teams calls records, copy and paste this into the search field: Itemclass:IPM.AppointmentSnapshot.SkypeTeams.Call and run the search.Also, click on Add conditions to add additional search parameters such as date range, user, etc.
