What is a Chrome Profile?

Add new Chrome profile
When its time to add a new profile, this can be done without much effort. Just be sure Google Chrome is already installed and opened on your Windows 10 computer, and from there, click the Profile icon. This icon shows your Google Account picture, so it’s easy to spot.
You’ll see a header with the name, Other people. Click Add from under the header to create a new profile with ease. Be sure to enter a name and an image to complete the creation of the new profile. You can choose to create multiple profiles for whatever reasons, and that is something we like.
Switch Chrome profiles at anytime
After creating a new profile, it will open in a new window right away. Now, if you want to switch between profiles, select the profile icon once more, then click on the gear button to open the menu with all the saved profiles. From there, select the one you want to switch over to, and that’s it. Now, if when creating a profile and you optioned to have a desktop shortcut, you can select that shortcut instead of going to the Profile section again.
How to remove or edit a Chrome Profile
If you want to remove a profile, then yet again we must revisit the profile icon and navigate back to the section where we can switch to a different profile. On the profile you want to edit or remove, you should see the three-dot icon. Select it, then click on Remove This Person.
