Ditto Clipboard Manager
Ditto is another open-source extension to the standard Windows clipboard. It saves each item placed on the clipboard allowing you access to any of those items at a later time. Ditto allows you to save any type of information that can be put on the clipboard, text, images, HTML, custom formats, etc. The application has an easy-to-use interface and lets you quickly search and paste previous copy entries. You can also sync clipboards from across multiple computers. Moreover, such clipboard data is first encrypted and then sent over any network. You copy something to the Clipboard and Ditto takes what you copied and stores it in a database so that you can retrieve it at a later time. It offers excellent access to all its features from the tray icon or its global hotkey. You can select entries by a double-click, entering a key, or by using drag and drop. You can then paste it into any window that accepts the standard copy-paste entries. Thumbnail of copied images also gets displayed in the list. Ditto support Full Unicode support, UTF-8 support for language files, and uses the SQLite database.

The Windows Clipboard is very basic in nature and does not offer many features.
